Receptionist
We are looking for a professional, well-organized, and friendly Receptionist / Front Office Executive to join our team in Kumily, a major tourism and service hub near Thekkady. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, visitors, and clients, ensuring a warm and efficient front-desk experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and guests professionally
- Handle phone calls, emails, and front-desk communication
- Manage reception area, visitor logs, and appointments
- Assist with check-in, registrations, and basic administrative work
- Provide local information and support for transport or services
- Follow security procedures and maintain access control
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Good computer knowledge (MS Office)
- Fluency in Malayalam and working knowledge of English
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Professional appearance and customer-friendly attitude
Experience:
- 1–3 years preferred in front office, reception, hotel, clinic, or office roles
- Experience in tourism or service sector is an advantage
