We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team in Kumily, a high-range town known for its cultural diversity and serene learning environment. The ideal candidate should be committed to student development, academic excellence, and creating a positive classroom atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach the assigned subject/class as per CBSE, ICSE, or Kerala State Board curriculum
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and learning materials
• Maintain classroom discipline and encourage active participation
• Assess student performance and provide regular feedback
• Communicate effectively with students and parents (Malayalam preferred)
• Participate in school activities, meetings, and training programs

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in the relevant subject
• B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred
• Good subject knowledge and classroom management skills
• Fluency in Malayalam and English
• Basic computer and digital teaching skills

Experience:

• 1–5 years preferred; freshers with B.Ed. and strong subject knowledge may apply
• Experience with CBSE/ICSE/State syllabus is an advantage
